Borderline thinking black and white.

Why does everything have to be either/ or, Bad/good, terrible/wonderful?

I try to logically think things through, remind myself that it isn’t always black or white…..sometimes things can be gray.
This isn’t just in big things in my life, it’s in everything I think about. I am constantly struggling with my thoughts, is this a positive or negative, choosing how I am going to take in what I’ve just heard or seen….am I going to let this ruin my day? Or hide that it has? Fighting my emotions, yelling internally logic, not emotion!
